The draft Water Sharing Plan for the Richmond River Area Unregulated, Regulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2023 was on public exhibition from Thursday 20 October to Sunday 18 December 2022.

Outcomes of public exhibition

The public exhibition period provides valuable feedback that helps develop and inform the draft Water Sharing Plan for the Richmond River Area Unregulated, Regulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2023.

The NSW Department of Planning and Environment has reviewed all submissions received during the public exhibition period. The following respondents agreed to have their submissions published on this website.

The views expressed in the submissions are the views of the respondents. While the department seeks to ensure that offensive material is not published, the department is not responsible for the views expressed in the submissions.
