The Crown land is situated adjacent Somerton Street, being Lot 198 DP753832 & Lot 1 DP722109, with an approximate area of 5.904ha.
The Crown land is situated on Scotland Road, being Lot 7 DP704767, with an approximate area of 0.2615ha.
The Crown land is situated on Somerton Tip Road, being Lot part Lot 7300 DP1142819, Lot 7301 DP1142819 and Crown road, with an approximate area of 2.76ha in the Parish of Somerton, County of Parry.

“Please note that multiple parcels of Crown land are available for licence in Somerton. If you have an interest in more than 1 parcel of land, only one (1) application will be required; however, you should ensure that the Lot and DP of each parcel of interest is noted on your application form”.
