The department is seeking applications by expression of interest (EOI) for a grazing opportunity on Crown land at Evans Plains.

Lot details

The site comprises 3 Mapping Areas in the Parish of Mount Pleasant, County of Bathurst, LGA Bathurst in the Locality of Evans Plains.

Mapping Area A is over Lot 1 Section 4 DP 758719, Lot 7007 DP 1062815, Lot 7300 DP 1120371, Lot 7006 DP 1062815, Lot 7301 DP 1120871 and Lot 7004 DP 1066305 including part west Street with an area of approx 3.78ha.

Mapping Area B comprises Lots 5 & 7 Section 9 DP 758719 with an area of 1.2ha.

Mapping Area C comprises Lots 6 & 7 DP 1087300 and part Crown road within those lots with an area of approx. 1.42 ha.

The combined area of all 3 mapping areas is approx. 6.4ha. Legal access to the site is via Evans Plains Road and Stewart Street.
