Expression of Interest opportunity at Bulga

The department is seeking Expressions of Interest to occupy Crown land being the former Bulga Scout Hall at Bulga.

The site

The Crown land is situated at 2099 Putty Road being Lot 57 DP 753821 and Lot 7300 DP 1146128 and comprises an area of 1.63 hectares with the former Bulga Scout Hall building along with grounds.

The Crown land is currently a reserve for the purpose of “boy scouts”. We will consider proposals for uses that are compatible with or have no greater impact on the land than those of the reserve purpose.

The building would suit a range of community uses, subject to consistency with the reserve purpose and any planning controls that may apply.

The site is currently subject to undetermined Aboriginal Land Claims (ALCs). This will influence the type and term of any future occupation. See the information package for details.

How to apply

Any party interested in this opportunity is invited to submit an Expression of Interest by following the instructions contained in the information package.

Closing date

Expressions of Interest close Saturday 31 August 2019 at 4:30 pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).
