Legal services for all Australians

Brydens Lawyers

Lee Hagipantelis, Brydens LawyersFor over 45 years, Brydens Lawyers has assisted people who ordinarily would have been unable to engage legal representation. Opening its first office in Liverpool, the litigation firm now has branches throughout Sydney and NSW.

Brydens Lawyers was established by Ian Bryden who was “determined that there was work for him where the people were.” According to Principal, Lee Hagipantelis, “at the time the greater south west of Sydney was the last frontier.”

Brydens Lawyers originally specialised in the prosecution of personal injury claims. Although this remains its primary focus, the firm now provides a range of legal services in relation to conveyancing, family law, superannuation and total permanent disability claims, and commercial disputes.

“It is the law firm for ordinary Australians who generally would be unable to afford the engagement of lawyers. It provides expert legal advice and representation to those persons who are struggling with everyday legal issues.”

Advantage of a Western Sydney location

“Brydens Lawyers does not act for institutional clients or the big end of town. Brydens Lawyers has been able to successfully identify its market and the demography of its clientele. This has been primarily the greater south west of Sydney.” Lee Hagipantelis, Brydens Lawyers

Currently Brydens Lawyers employs approximately 110 full time staff, with almost all employees residing in the greater south west area of Sydney. It is expected that staff levels will increase to approximately 150 full time employees by the end of 2017.

To accommodate this growth, the firm is in the process of constructing an 8 storey commercial building in Western Sydney.

Long term, Brydens Lawyers is committed to ongoing growth in the south west of Sydney. “Brydens Lawyers will continue to leverage off its reputation and branding within the community to grow organically” and expand its clientele.
