Wins for NSW companies at export awards

NSW companies performed well at the recent 2015 Australian Export Awards held in Melbourne taking out three awards.
Nuix, winner of the Business Services Award, provides a software platform to solve critical business problems, reduce crime, and secure and manage information. The company, based in Sydney, now employs more than 350 people worldwide, with customers in more than 60 countries.
Blackmores, which supplies vitamins, minerals and other healthcare products, won the Health and Biotechnology Award. The Balgowlah company has been exporting for more than 30 years, with China now its second largest market.
North Sydney-based Soprano Design took out the Information and Communication Technology Award. The company is a mobile messaging software developer with enterprise clients in Europe, New Zealand, North America, South America and South East Asia.
Advanced manufacturer ANCA was named Exporter of the Year. The Melbourne-based company has been manufacturing and exporting hi-tech tool and cutter grinders since 1986.
The Australian Export Awards are co-presented by Austrade, Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and CPA Australia.
