Sydney company Laservision wins international tourism award

A multimedia light and water show created by Dural company Laservision has been named as best new tourist attraction in South East Asia.

The award was announced at the opening ceremony of the Southeast Asian Nations Tourism Association (ASEANTA) Forum held in Indonesia last week. The ASEANTA Awards for Excellence in Tourism recognise contributions to the development and promotion of tourism in South East Asia, including, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Laservision's Wonder Full light and water spectacular in Singapore was selected as the Best New Tourist Attraction for its creativity in design, functionality, harmony with the environment and the overall quality experienced by audiences.

Launched in March last year, Wonder Full is a 360 degree multimedia attraction that entertains spectators around Marina Bay in Singapore. It is recognised as South East Asia's largest light and water show.

With offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney, Laservision is currently working on projects in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Saudi Arabia, Macau, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Russia.
