Little travellers make most of international experience

A Sydney-based travel book and activity business for children is broadening their export opportunities into the United Arab Emirates thanks to NSW Government support.
Itchee Feet's innovative books and guides for children had already been used by Virgin Australia to provide engaging games that entertain kids on long flights.
Local product with export potential
The NSW Government has been able to give assistance through people on the ground, who have provided networking advice, as well as other support through the Export Accelerator Toolkit.
Itchee Feet is a prime example of innovative products being developed in NSW that have a unique attraction and export potential.
Supporting business growth
Both the Trade & Investment Commissioner in Abu Dhabi as well as export advisors in Sydney has worked with Itchee Feet to explore opportunities with Etihad Airlines and interested businesses in the UAE expat community.
We have officers in the UAE, China, India, America, Korea, and Japan as well as export advisors across the State to provide practical advice to potential and existing exporters.
Itchee Feet Director Jane Tara said their goal is to create activities that revolve around a child's travel experience with Virgin Australia using them as part of their inflight content for little travellers.
"Our books are designed to stir up ideas and create conversations that fully engage them in the travel experience," Ms Tara said.
