2019 Flavours of NSW stand

Fine Food Australia is the largest food industry trade show in the southern hemisphere. Over 26,000 trade visitors from over 50 countries visited the show in 2018.

In 2019, the event will return to Sydney, 9–12 September at the International Convention Centre (ICC).


Exhibitors

Eleven food and beverage companies have been chosen to fly the NSW flag at Fine Food Australia 2019. The NSW Government is providing these companies with subsidised places on a specially designed and prominently positioned 'Flavours of NSW' stand. They will promote our produce to the world.

Indigiearth

Indigiearth is 100% Aboriginal owned and operated, manufacturing and producing a wide variety of Australian native foods. The company’s products range from native jams to chocolate coated macadamias. Based in Mudgee, Indigiearth proudly uses sustainable and ethically sourced premium Australian native ingredients.

Tancredi Foods

Tancredi Foods is a gourmet condiment manufacturer based in the Hunter Valley producing a range of caramelised balsamic, salad dressings, mayonnaise and dessert sauces. Tancredi has its own brands Myanbah Farm and Finn's Kitchen, and also contract manufactures a range of products for other smaller businesses to brand themselves. Tancredi Foods was started by Glen Findley and Ben Shanley in 2004, based in Beresfield just outside of Newcastle NSW.

Wellness by Tess

Wellnessbytess logoWellness by Tess was created in 2012 after Tess herself battled with food sensitivities and autoimmune diseases for a few years. She saw the need for more healthy options to be made available in cafes. Wellness by Tess manufactures Unbelievably Unnaughty desserts, protein balls and probiotic bites. All products are gluten free, vegan, natural, free of refined sugar and simply delicious.

Most of the exhibitors are from regional NSW, including three from the Northern Rivers region. The region’s strong representation this year reflects its growing reputation as a high-quality food and beverage producing region.

This is the 19th year that the NSW Government has supported NSW businesses to take part in the tradeshow. NSW will also be supporting a demonstration kitchen and networking area near our stand.
