Brenda-lee is an experienced Jillaroo with a long and varied career working with horses who has set-up Trail Rides & Lessons & Indigenous & Troubled Youth Programs in Batemans Bay. Brenda-lee also provides programs and workshops to assist Indigenous young people in their search for employment and training in the equine industry and is a provider of horse therapy for stress and anger management.

If you are thinking of buying a horse or you’re a first-time horse owner, Brenda-lee can advise you on what is involved, the head-to-tail upkeep and cost of horse ownership. Packages will be tailored depending on your requirements.

Accommodation options include:

• two rooms for Elders or carers; and
• a bed-sitter for up to 10 youths to ‘throw down a swag’.

Brenda-lee provides a range of activities to keep guests busy. Take your pick from a game of pool or darts, to table tennis or a board game.

The bonfire provides the perfect place to relax after a long day in the saddle, and it’s the best backdrop for an evening of story telling.

And of course, if you just want to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of going on a trail ride, spend some time meeting the horses and enjoy a trail ride for an hour or two this is the place to do it!
