Australian Indigenous Network Construction (AINC) is the only 100% Indigenous owned company supporting the rollout of the National Broadband Network.

Dedicated to understanding and supporting our clients to achieve their goals in the design, construction and maintenance of the National Broadband Network, we also strive to maximise the employment and business support opportunities of Indigenous people and companies in the locations we operate in to ensure that we leave a sustainable legacy.

We provide an inclusive and culturally sensitive environment that supports up skilling and capability enhancement for our employees. We can provide training in the areas of network design, construction, splicing and maintenance and cover both regional/remote and metro areas throughout Australia.

In addition to our extensive network capabilities and experience, we offer our clients a unique service in assisting with Indigenous engagement and participation strategies, cultural awareness advice and training, community capability and enhancement strategies and indigenous employee support and mentoring.

AINC is committed to sustainable development, safety and innovation. We care for the well being of our people, assist communities in need and conduct business in an ethical and environmentally responsible manner.
