Industrial property in Sydney is available across all categories, including prime grade properties, high technology parks and distribution centres, with most located to take full advantage of transport infrastructure.
According to CBRE's Global Industrial View for the first quarter of 2013, leasing prime logistics space in Sydney is more affordable than in many global cities across the world, including Tokyo, London, Singapore and Hong Kong, and on a par with other major Australian cities.
CBRE notes that there were a number of new completions of industrial logistics stock in Sydney in 2012, with the supply pipeline expected to remain strong in the short to medium term.
