Regional Industries Investment Fund
The Jobs for NSW fund has replaced the Regional Industries Investment Fund (RIIF) and will meet the NSW Government's commitment to provide a $190 million, four-year war chest to grow jobs.
The Jobs for NSW Board will recommend robust criteria to ensure the Jobs for NSW fund is directed to areas where it will have the biggest economic impact, both now and over the medium and longer term.
To accelerate regional growth, a minimum 30 per cent of the Jobs for NSW fund will be allocated to regional areas.
This fund will be easier for business to understand and use and will also help increase transparency.
The NSW Government will honour existing contracts under RIIF.
Please note that Jobs for NSW will not provide assistance for community events or tourism initiatives. You can read more about tourism funding and grants at the Destination NSW website.
